We collect the following personal information to provide our services. [Required] • Email address: Account creation and login • Name (nickname): Identification within the service • Social login info (Google, Apple): Simplified login [Optional] • Phone number: Booking notifications, customer support • Profile photo: Display within the service • Store (center) information: Center management (store managers) [Automatically Collected] • Access logs, device info, IP address, cookies • Service usage records (transaction history, booking records, etc.)

Collected personal information is used for the following purposes. • Registration and management: Identity verification, member identification, account management • Service provision: Class booking, coupon management, attendance management • Accounting management (FitUp Biz): Revenue/expense recording, bookkeeping, export • Payment processing: Paid service payments and refunds • Customer support: Inquiry response, notice delivery • Service improvement: Usage statistics analysis, service quality enhancement • AI content generation: Keywords and settings entered for AI content generation in the FitUp Blog service are processed through AI model providers' (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) APIs, and the Company does not separately store this data.

Personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose has been fulfilled. • Upon account deletion: Immediately destroyed (except when legally required to retain) • E-commerce law retention: Contract/withdrawal records for 5 years, payment/supply records for 5 years, consumer complaint records for 3 years • Communication privacy law: Access logs for 3 months

We do not provide personal information to third parties as a rule. Exceptions include: • When the user has given prior consent • When required by law or to comply with legal obligations • When providing minimum necessary information to payment processors (Toss Payments, Stripe) for transaction processing • When transmitting prompt data to AI model providers' (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) APIs for AI content generation (personal information is not included)
