Refund and Subscription Cancellation Guide
Effective date: July 9, 2026
A clear guide to refund and cancellation rules before using FitUp paid web services, including digital cards, landing pages, and ERP.
1. Monthly Subscription Cancellation
- •Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed every month.
- •You may request cancellation at any time from the subscription management page.
- •After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the current paid period and renewal stops from the next billing date.
- •Partial refunds are generally not provided for a paid period that has already started.
2. Refund Eligibility
- •A full refund may be requested within 7 days of payment if no paid feature has been used.
- •If the service is unavailable due to our fault, we will refund the unused period on a pro-rata basis.
- •Applicable consumer protection laws take precedence where required.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- •More than 7 days have passed since payment.
- •Paid features or subscription benefits such as public pages, cards, or ERP data have already been used.
- •Promotional, trial, or complimentary benefits.
- •Service restrictions caused by a violation of the Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
- •Please contact support@fituphub.com for refund or payment inquiries.
- •We review requests within 1 business day. Approved card refunds may take 3 to 7 business days depending on the card issuer.
5. Usage and Payment History
- •The subscription page shows your current plan, next billing date, payment method, and cancellation status.
- •Payment and refund records are retained as required by law to verify payments, process refunds, and respond to customer inquiries.
